Synthetic Chain

This is an ideal product to replace Grade 80 or Grade 100 steel chain

  • Strength for strength this chain is 80% lighter than steel chain

  • It is soft and very comfortable to handle. It will not scratch sensitive cargo

  • The synthetic chain does not corrode, is extremely resistant to chemicals, abrasion, and cuts

  • It is nonconductive because it is made with links of Dyneema®, a super strong, dielectric material

  • 100% Dyneema®

  • This chain is available in sizes from a MBL (Minimum Break Load) of 6,600Lbs (3,000Kg), up to 185,000Lbs (84,000Kg).

    There is a wide selection of fittings, both synthetic and steel, that go with this chain.

  • The standard chain link product is readily available, and there is a considerable amount of customization possible, though minimum order quantity limits may apply.

    This customization can be in the form of having a long link at the start and the end of a length of standard links, or one, two three or more leg slings hanging from a suitable synthetic master link.

    There is a standard link length for each size, but custom link lengths are available upon request.
